Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, unpared red apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Sprinkle apples with lemon juice.
Add celery, walnuts, raisins and mayonnaise; mix well.
Chill and serve on lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
