Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. black walnuts
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. cherry preserves
    1 c. strawberry preserves
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    4 eggs
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp brandy flavoring
    1 tsp rum flavoring
    1 c. shortening
    1/4 to 1 c. blackberry wine
    4 c. self rising flour
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into greased and flour tube pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until done.
