Grandma Elliott'S Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 lb. pork sausage
3/4 c. old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Shape to form 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes; serve warm.
Makes 3 dozen.
