Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. sausage
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
9-inch unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
1 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Cook sausage until done, crumble and drain.
Mix with cheese and sprinkle in pie shell.
Lightly beat eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Pour carefully into pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
