Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 small cans tomato paste
3 c. hot water
1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 lb. Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in heavy pan. Fry onion and garlic until soft.
Add beef.
Cook and stir until crumbly.
Mix in salt, pepper, rosemary and tomato paste.
Blend with water.
Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
