Easy Round Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

large slice round steak
salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce
1 can whole stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. gravy mix
1 pkg. onion soup
green or red onions
1 large stalk broccoli
4 to 5 carrots
2 to 3 celery stalks
mushrooms
small red potatoes

Preparation

Pound or have butcher pound large slice round steak.
Trim fat and cut in serving slices.
Brown meat in light oil.
Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Set aside.
