Baked Curried Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon
    3 hard-cooked eggs, grated
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    6 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    6 slices lemon (thin)
    paprika
Preparation
    Drain, bone and coarsely flake salmon.
    Mix all ingredients except crumbs, lemon slices and paprika.
    Spoon into 6 greased ramekins.
    Sprinkle with crumbs; top each with lemon slice and dust with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
