Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash, drained
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Ritz crackers
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 stick oleo
2 whole eggs, whipped
Preparation

Cook squash and let cool. Butter a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Fold eggs in cooked, mashed squash. Add milk.
Put layers of Ritz cracker crumbs, squash and cheese. On top, sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs. Dot with oleo and cook for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
