Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white long grain rice
    1 c. diced celery
    2 green bell peppers, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in medium-large saucepan and cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Reduce to simmer and cook until rice is done, usually 20 to 30 minutes.
    With this rice, stirring in between cooking will keep vegetables distributed.
