Rosamarina - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rosamarina macaroni
2 large cans, sliced pineapple
1 can Mandarin oranges
1 large container Cool Whip
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cook macaroni, as directed on box.
Drain fruit, reserving juice.
Cook juice, eggs, sugar, salt and flour in saucepan until consistency of pudding.
Pour over macaroni.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Then add fruit, and fold in Cool Whip. Very Good!
