Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked potatoes, shred when cooled
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1-1/2 c. cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat margarine, sour cream, cheese, onion, soup and ranch dressing mix.
    Blend well and pour over shredded potatoes.
    Pour 1/2 cup milk over potatoes.
    Top with 3/4 cup cornflakes mixed with 2 TBSP. margarine, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Can add bacon bits to casserole if desired.
