Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and 1 cup sugar.
Mix sugar and egg mixture with flour, margarine and milk in saucepan and slowly cook until begins to thicken.
Meanwhile, brown or melt 1/2 cup sugar in iron skillet.
When same temperature, gradually add the sugar to the other mixture.
Put in baked crust.
Beat egg whites and put on pie.
Brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
