All-American Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. cider vinegar
    3/4 c. reduced calorie catsup
    3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. 70% less sodium Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Place onion in a 1-quart glass measure.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High 2 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Serve with chicken, pork, beef or lamb.
    Yields 2 cups (about 11 calories per tablespoon).
