Easy Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. crazy salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish (optional)
    2 Tbsp. onion (optional)
    2 Tbsp. celery (optional)
Preparation
    Boil eggs; cool and peel.
    Dice eggs into medium size bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well.
    Cool in refrigerator about an hour before serving.
    Serve on bread with lettuce, tomato and a slice of cheese.
