Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. diced ham (optional)
minced onions
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine hash browns, sour cream, soup, cheese, minced onions and ham in a large bowl.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix corn flakes and butter. Put over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
