Pork Chops With Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 to 14 oz.) can chicken broth
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    additional salt and pepper
    6 c. thinly sliced peeled potatoes
    1 medium sliced onion
    paprika and chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt oleo.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth.
    Cook and stir constantly until mixture boils. Cook 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and set aside.
    In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil.
    Season to taste with additional salt and pepper if desired.
    In a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish, layer potatoes and onion.
    Pour broth over the potatoes and onion. Place pork chops on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer or until potatoes are tender.
