Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lard
    1 egg (whole)
    flour
Preparation
    Add first 4 ingredients to flour for stiff dough.
    Roll out and cut into
    strips.
    Put
    in
    hot
    broth, few at a time; cook until done.
