Grilled Parmesan Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat broiler.
    Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange tomato halves on baking sheet.
    Sprinkle parsley and pepper over tomatoes.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Broil 5 inches from heat for approximately 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 4 (1/2 tomato per serving).
    Each serving contains 39 calories, 3 g protein, 1.8 g fat, 5 mg chol. and 11 mg sodium.
