Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef cubes
    potatoes, cut in chunky pieces
    carrots, cut in chunky pieces
    1 packet Lipton onion soup
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Shake beef cubes in paper bag with flour.
    Place beef on bottom of 2 1/2-quart covered casserole baking dish.
    Put potatoes and carrots on top of beef.
    Sprinkle with Lipton soup.
    Mix 1 can tomato soup with 1 can water and pour over beef and vegetables. Cover with tight lid.
    (Frozen peas may also be added.)
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for three hours without removing lid.
