Oregano Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved (1 1/2 lb.)
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
    juice of 1 medium lemon
Preparation
    Trim off any excess fat and skin from chicken.
    Sprinkle with flour and oregano, shaking off excess.
    Dip in milk; sprinkle with flour and oregano again.
    Spread lemon rind lightly onto skin side of chicken breasts before dipping into egg.
