Baked Ham With Plum Sauce - cooking recipe

1 (12 oz.) jar plum preserves (1 c.)
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. dried minced garlic
1 lb. fully cooked ham slice, cut 1/2-inch thick
Preparation

For sauce, in a small saucepan stir together plum preserves, brown sugar, vinegar, onion, garlic, red pepper and ginger.
Bring mixture to boiling, stirring constantly.
Remove mixture from heat.
