German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 potatoes, boiled
2 slices bacon, fried
1/4 c. onion, sauteed in bacon grease
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
1 tsp. salt
paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 boiled eggs (maybe)
Preparation
-
Slice potatoes.
Mix ingredients, except potatoes, in bacon grease.
Mix well.
Add potatoes and heat.
Crumble bacon over top before serving.
