Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. deer or beef steak
    2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
    1 onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak into bite size pieces; put in warm skillet with oil. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
