Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening (not margarine)
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 large egg
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
In separate container, mix water, vinegar and egg, then add to dry ingredients.
Blend thoroughly and chill for 1/2 hour. Roll out for desired pastry crusts.
