Creole Snack Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. corn-rice cereal
3 c. crispy wheat cereal squares
3 c. toasted O cereal
3 c. pretzel sticks
2 c. pecan halves or mixed nuts
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a roasting pan.
Drizzle half of the margarine over cereal mixture.
Sprinkle with half of the seasonings.
Stir.
Repeat with remaining margarine and seasonings.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir every 15 minutes. Yields 12 cups.
