Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast
    5 carrots
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. sauerbraten seasoning
    6 potatoes
    2 celery stalks
Preparation
    In a large pan or slo-cooker, put meat and cover with water. Add onion.
    Cook 3 to 4 hours if on stove.
    If in slo-cooker, cook on high.
    When meat is almost done, add cut-up celery, carrots and potatoes and cook until the vegetables are done.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
