Raisin Carrot Muffins(Lo-Cal, Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 egg whites
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. oil (corn oil)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    In a small bowl, combine last 7 ingredients.
    Make a well in flour mixture.
    Add wet ingredients. Stir just enough to mix.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 22 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
