Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes (chunks)
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 stalks celery
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water and cook until tender.
    Add milk, butter and parsley.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
