Ginger-Mincemeat Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. gingerbread mix
1 c. prepared mincemeat
1/4 c. water
1 can ready-to-spread lemon frosting
sliced gumdrops
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine dry gingerbread mix, prepared mincemeat and water; beat smooth.
Spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool. Spread with lemon frosting.
Cut into bars.
Decorate with sliced gumdrops.
Makes 24 bars.
