Sunny Citrus Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, quartered
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 lemon
    1 lime
    1 orange
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Grate zest (outside of peel) of lemon, lime and half the orange into a medium bowl.
    Add juice from lemon, lime and orange.
    Add olive oil, garlic, salt and cayenne.
    Mix well.
    Add chicken and turn to coat.
    Marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
