Sweet And Sour Pork(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (8 1/4 oz.) chunk pineapple in heavy syrup, drained (reserve 1/3 c. syrup)
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, cut into small chunks
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine reserved syrup, vinegar and cornstarch.
    Cook at High 3/4 to 1 minute or until thickened. Stir once.
    Place oil in an 8-inch square dish.
    Cook at High for 2 minutes; stir in pork, soy sauce and onions.
    Cook at High for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Add green pepper and pineapple.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook at High 2 to 3 minutes or until pork is tender.
    Stir in sauce.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
