Chocolate Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. milk
    cooking oil
    sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a pot, combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
    Stir in milk and margarine.\tCook
    and
    stir
    until\tbubbly.
    Cook
    1 more minute. Add
    vanilla and cool.
    Combine biscuit mix and milk; mix
    well. Roll
    dough
    1/2-inch
    thick
    and
    cut 10 (4-inch) circles.
    Place 1 tablespoon filling on each circle; fold over and press
    edges. Heat
    oil
    to
    375\u00b0 in frying pan.\tFry and brown on both sides. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
