Sweet And Sour Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ribs or stew meat chunks
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
2 medium green peppers
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
-
Braise ribs or stew meat chunks in a little oil until brown. Add water, raisins and salt and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cut up peppers in strips and lay over meat.
Add vinegar, sugar, pineapple and cornstarch.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
When done, add several dashes of soy sauce before serving on rice.
