Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinless and deboned
    1 c. celery
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    1 to 2 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix for top (crushed crackers may be substituted for the stuffing mix)
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Chop into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Mix all other ingredients in.
    Put stuffing mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
