Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium zucchini squash
    1 (No. 2) can whole tomatoes
    1 tsp. chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, sliced
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in halves lengthwise.
    Place in casserole dish. Pour tomatoes over squash.
    Sprinkle on green pepper and place onion slices on top.
    Season with salt and pepper; dot with butter.
    Cover and bake.
