Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 lb. onion, diced
1/2 to 3/4 lb. jalapenos, simmer for 2 minutes
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic (powdered or minced)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. olive oil (optional)
3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro or coriander
1 Tbsp. lime juice
