Jamasetta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 pork steaks, cut up in small pieces
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 large can tomatoes, cut up
1 pkg. noodles, cooked
12 slices Velveeta cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Fry pork and set aside.
Saute onions.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili powder.
Place pork in sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
In oblong baking dish place layer of cooked noodles, layer of meat sauce, layer of cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan. Repeat layers.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for a few minutes to melt cheese.
