Fleish Kueckla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. ground beef
    1 c. ground pork
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt and milk and roll dough into thin circles 6 inches in diameter.
    Mix remaining ingredients well and spread on half of each circle.
    Fold dough over, seal edges and deep-fry.
