Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 large cans evaporated milk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick melted butter
    1 large bag flaked coconut
Preparation
    Melt butter; beat eggs lightly.
    Add sugar, milk, melted butter, coconut and lemon extract.
    Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 2 to 3 pies.
