Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
    1 large onion
    2 large green peppers
    2 tomatoes (ripe)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute sausage (first, prick with fork) for approximately 10 minutes.
    Remove fat; place in baking pan.
    Seed and core peppers; cut into 1-inch strips.
    Peel and slice onion. Dice tomatoes.
    Place sausage, peppers, onion, tomatoes, salt and pepper in pan; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
