Honey Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. honey
Preparation
-
Melt margarine in frying pan.
Add orange juice and honey. Toss in carrots until well coated.
Cover and simmer about 1 hour or until fork tender.
