Hawaiian Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    2/3 c. bread crumbs
    13 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion, salt, milk and bread crumbs; form into balls and brown.
    Combine pineapple juice and water to make 1 cup. Add cornstarch, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce; cook until thick and clear.
    Add green peppers and pineapple.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
