Nut Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 cup pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, mix sugar, butter and nuts. Stir over low heat until nuts are
    toasted and syrup is caramel coated. Mix in vanilla. Pour onto foil and sprinkle with salt. Let cool completely. Break into pieces.
