Betty'S Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef stew
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    2 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 pkg. onion-mushroom soup
    6 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped coarsely
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut beef into bite-sized pieces.
    Combine all ingredients in greased casserole.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
