Chicken Del Sur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breast halves
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large tub sour cream
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cooking sherry or wine
    salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Cut chicken breast pieces in half; brown lightly in oil.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Combine mushroom soup, sour cream and sherry.
    Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
