Hinamatsuri(Sushi Variety) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rice
2 tsp. salt
carrot, string bean, mushroom
2 eggs
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Put seasoned vinegar into cooked rice.
Mix.
Slice chicken and vegetables finely.
Cook together in pot with soy sauce and sugar, then cool.
Mix vegetables into seasoned rice.
Break eggs in the bowl and pour into the hot frying pan, then turn over like crepe, then cut eggs finely and sprinkle over the rice.
