Oven Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 oz. boiling water
    2 bouillon beef cubes
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1/3 c. rice
Preparation
    Bring water to boil; add butter and crumble beef bouillon cubes.
    Let it melt; mix in onion soup and rice.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake in oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.
    This is delicious and easy.
