Southern Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (2 c.) cream-style golden corn
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 1/2 c. prepared biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add to melted butter and corn.
    Beat well and drop by teaspoonfuls in hot, deep fat.
    When brown, remove and serve with butter, syrup or honey.
