Combination Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. liquid milk and water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    7 c. white flour (more if needed)
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 cake yeast
Preparation
    Let milk come to boil, then cool before adding yeast.
    Mix as you would for bread.
    After the dough has risen three times, shape into rolls.
    Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Brush well with melted fat; cover and let rise again.
    Then bake in a moderate oven (400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0) for 15 to 20 minutes.
