Cajun Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno, shredded
Cajun spice
Preparation

Spread softened cream cheese on bottom of 9 x 11-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with chopped scallions.
Spread chili on top. Sprinkle the Monterey Jack and jalapeno cheeses on top.
Sprinkle with Cajun spice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
